Welcome to eBSPS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the eBSPS mobile application (the "App"), developed to support the BSPS (Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya) program.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The eBSPS app is intended for authorized personnel and participants involved in the BSPS program. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
We may collect and process certain data, including but not limited to identification data, location, and housing information. All data handling will comply with applicable data protection laws.
You may not misuse the App. This includes reverse-engineering, reselling, or unauthorized data extraction from the app.
All content, branding, and source code are the intellectual property of the developer or relevant government authorities and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
